' For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.' So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.' - Mark 7-9

This verse is usually stated during a wedding ceremony but its mediated on throughout the marriage. You reach a point during your marriage where you begin to separate and start off with the "this is my mine and this is yours."

Tell me if I'm wrong, but this verse relates to all aspects of your life as a married couple. (Physical, emotional, spiritual and financial) It's like we pick and chose what lines up and fits within the boundaries. But look around for answers when issues begin to arise.

I think its important to practice and mediate on this verse when you enter into a Courtship (a relationship between a man and a woman in which they seek to determine if it is God's will for them to marry each other.) I personally feel like if you and your partner can begin practicing how to manage and operate as a unit when the time comes to  marry each other, its not going to be initial steps practicing instead - you could reach your intermediate to expert level of understanding when it comes to this.

Stanley and I have joked around about it for the last few month. In the ranges of when one is sick the other becomes sick very shortly or "off vibes" communicates oh to well between us. And we would lighten up the mood by saying we are becoming sync with each other. It's funny but very true. As the days go by and as we celebrate  our journey into 2 years, we are closer to God's destined proposal date as well as marriage, so why not practice.
